Camping is not permitted on or around Terrace Bay Beach.

There is a playground, benches, and changing facilities.

Garrow Park Beach is located on Rabbit Lake at the end of Birchwood Crescent. There's a beautiful beach, washrooms, tennis courts, a playground, docks, and a picnic area. The Kenora Rowing Club is also located on Rabbit Lake. The Rabbit Lake Trail System starts at the top of the park. It includes the main trail and several feeder trails.

One of the best kept secrets along the North Shore of Lake Superior is Schreiber Beach. This pebble beach is located on the shores of Lake Superior, apart of Schreiber, Ontario.
