Kasper Transportation provides reliable and comfortable bus transportation for Northwestern Ontario & Winnipeg (Winnipeg to Sioux Lookout, Thunder Bay, Longlac, White River, and all destinations in between) with plans to expand into other areas.
Our business also provides shipping services via Bus Parcel Express, an affordable station-to-station delivery service with multiple daily departures for you.
Kasper Transportation uses a reservation-based system, similar to airlines. This enables us to predict demand for any given date, therefore allowing us to offer the best possible service to our customers. Customers may present either a printed paper ticket or electronic ticket (viewed on a mobile device) to the bus driver, along with proper personal identification.
Tickets are available for purchase at any Kasper Transportation station, agency, or at our bus.
Routes/Schedules may change/vary with short notice due to unforeseen circumstances (construction/weather/passenger needs) and as a result, the schedules provided on this site may not match the actual times our vehicles arrive/depart route locations. For the most up-to-date information please call 1-855-566-2378 or use our Android/IOS application.
Standard Class Tickets are non refundable, but travel can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hrs notice prior to departure. Any change in schedule will be subject to a $37.00 rebooking fee.
Freedom Class Tickets are refundable. The can also be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hrs notice prior to departure at no fee.
Passengers are welcome to carry-on one (1) piece of baggage that will fit on lap or overhead compartment and to check one (1) piece of baggage at no charge for storage in the baggage/parcel area of the bus. For your convenience, Kasper Transportation will check one (1) additional baggage piece at $15. If you require checking more pieces of baggage, you will be charged the Bus Parcel Express rate. Be sure that your luggage is tagged with your name, phone number and destination.
Each passenger is welcome to carry-on one piece of baggage, size not to exceed the dimensions of 9 inches (23 cm) height, by 16 inches (40.5 cm) width, by 20 inches (70.5 cm) depth and must not weigh more than 11 pounds (5 kg). Each baggage piece must weigh less than 60 pounds (27 kg) and not be larger than 24 inches (61 cm) in depth, 24 inches (61 cm) in width and 45 inches (114 cm) in length (except snowboards, skis and ski poles).
If you are transferring to another carrier enroute, you will need to collect your baggage and re-check it with the connecting carrier.
Kasper Transportation can accommodate only folding mobility devices on our services. None of our buses are equipped with an elevator platform to accommodate passengers with reduced mobility or those in a wheelchair. If you require storage for foldable wheel-chair in storage compartment, please make your reservation at least 48 hours in advance by calling 1.855.566.2378. For passengers under the age of 16,
Please make prior arrangements before the day of travel to accommodate any passengers that require a booster seat or a child car seat.
All children/youth (under the age of 16) must be accompanied by an adult guardian (16 years or older) when traveling via Kasper Transportation.
Any exceptions due to special circumstances must be approved by an authorized agent of Kasper Transportation using a properly filled out Kasper Transportation Unattended Youth Travel form.
Note: Children (under the age of 13) absolutely cannot travel unattended via Kasper transportation under any circumstances.
Kasper Transportation is committed to providing a safe and pleasant environment for all its passengers and employees. If you are at any of Kasper’s bus stations, please select the “GoKasper” wireless network and connect.
Access the web while you travel on the bus by activating the WiFi function on your device or computer and finding the network SSID indicated by the poster within the bus. If there is an issue with the connection, please speak to the driver (while the driver is not driving) and ask for the hotspot to be reset. Please note that mobile WiFi is a complimentary service and may not always be available at all times.
Our WiFi in our vehicles uses a cellular network to provide internet access, because of this if our vehicles travels outside of the cellular coverage area (fringe/dead zones) there will be poor/no internet access during that time.
For times when internet is not available, Kasper Transportation recommends that you preload content (media/games that don’t need internet) into your device before you depart. The “GoKasper” wireless network at any of Kasper’s bus stations are not on a mobile network and can be used to download content before you leave.
