Terrace Bay Beach is a serene beach on the north shore of Lake Superior, holding a beautiful view of the Slate Islands Provincial Park and the river mouth of the Aguasabon Falls. Terrace Bay Beach offers a kayak/canoe launching platform, river access docking with a 3 ft. draft, overnight docking, picnic tables and bathroom facilities. Camping is not permitted on or around Terrace Bay Beach.
Terrace Bay Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the island—and for good reason! With its turquoise waters and white sand, it's no wonder that terrace bay beach is one of the most popular beaches on the island. But there's more to terrace bay beach than just its looks. The waves here are perfect for surfing, and the reef just offshore provides an excellent opportunity for snorkeling. Kayaking and fishing are also popular activities, and there's even a zip line that runs through it.
