The Kasper Loyalty Program is a free-to-join rewards program for anyone who travels with us regularly. Every time you ride with Kasper, you earn loyalty points that can be redeemed for discounts, upgrades, and other exclusive perks.

How Does the Kasper Loyalty Program Work?

Every time you book with Kasper Transportation, you’re automatically enrolled into our Loyalty Rewards Program — no signup form required!

Here’s how it works:

Your Loyalty Number

Once you book your first ride, a unique loyalty number is assigned to you. Every time you travel using the same personal information, your account accrues points — no extra steps needed.

Earn While You Ride

For every $1 you spend, you earn 1 loyalty points. The more you travel, the more points you rack up.

Standard Fare

• Spend: $100
• Points Earned: 1 point per $1
• Total Points: 100 points
• Value Toward Free Trip: Builds over time — typically adds up to a free trip after multiple bookings.

Freedom Fare

• Fare Premium: ~10% higher than Standard Fare
• Spend: $110 (vs. $100 Standard Fare)
• Points Earned: 1.15 points per $1
• Total Points: 126.5 points
• Effective Points Bonus: ~15% more points per dollar spent compared to Standard Fare

Redeem for Free or Discounted Trips

Loyalty points can be used to partially or fully cover future trips. Some riders use their points to get a full free ride, while others apply points to reduce the fare.
