Passengers are welcome to carry-on one (1) piece of baggage that will fit on lap or overhead compartment and to check one (1) piece of baggage at no charge for storage in the baggage/parcel area of the bus.
a. Standard Fare – 1 checked bag up to 50 lbs and 1 carry-on small bag. Additional bag(s) are $25 each.
b. Freedom Fare – 2 checked bags up to 50 lbs each and 1 carry-on small bag. Additional bag(s) are $15 each.
c. Busbud Fare – 1 checked bag up to 50 lbs and 1 carry-on small bag. Additional bag(s) are $25 each
Be sure that your luggage is tagged with your name, phone number and destination.
Each passenger is welcome to carry-on one piece of baggage, size not to exceed the dimensions of 9 inches (23 cm) height, by 16 inches (40.5 cm) width, by 20 inches (70.5 cm) depth and must not weigh more than 11 pounds (5 kg). Each baggage piece must weigh less than 50 pounds (23 kg) and not be larger than 24 inches (61 cm) in depth, 24 inches (61 cm) in width and 45 inches (114 cm) in length (except snowboards, skis and ski poles).
Passengers baggage and parcels will be carried within their designated space and/or within the weight limitations of the bus. Excess baggage and/or parcels which can not be carried within the designated space and/or weight limitations of the vehicle may have to be sent on a next possible bus. Passenger first bags/luggage have priority, then time sensitive parcels, then the extra bags, then regular parcels.
The carrier shall use its best efforts to carry the passengers and baggage with reasonable dispatch. Times shown in charter contracts, passenger tickets or elsewhere are not guaranteed and form no part of the charter contract. Bus times are subject to change without notice but we will do our upmost best to advise our clients of updated times. If for some reason we haven’t contacted you, please feel free to give us a call for immediate assistance.

Kasper Transportation reserves the right to inspect and search any passenger's baggage at our discretion to ensure the safety and security of all passengers, staff, and equipment. This may be done without prior notice to the passenger. By purchasing a ticket and boarding our buses, passengers consent to such inspections. Failure to comply or permit an inspection when requested may result in the denial of boarding or continued transport without any liability to Kasper Transportation.
Standard Class Tickets are non refundable, Sales are final; no rebooking, no refunds.
Freedom Class Tickets are refundable. This can be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hrs notice prior to departure at no fee.
The liability of the busline in respect of loss, or damage to, baggage, whether caused directly or indirectly by the act, neglect or default of the carrier or not, is limited to the sum of $50.00 per passenger.
No action shall be maintained for any loss, or partial loss of or damage to baggage or for any delay in the carriage thereof unless notice of a claim is presented in writing to the head office of the carrier within 30 days from the date the baggage should have been delivered.
The carrier will not pay loss or damage to negotiable instruments, money, securities, commercial papers, jewellery, precious stones, fine art or other items of extraordinary value.
The carrier will not pay for loss or damage arising from the breakage of clocks, china, glass, sculpture, or other items of a fragile nature, except in the event of an accident to the busline.
