What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy for my tickets?

Standard Tickets are not cancellable. You can only reschedule them for another date. The rebooking fee must be paid.

Freedom Tickets are refundable (cancelable) and you can reschedule them at any time for up to 12 months.

Kasper Transportation may from time to time authorize free rebooking’s/refunds on a per-case basis. If we have done something outside of our terms of service, due to our fault, and have not met our obligations we may choose to offer rebooking’s or refunds as a form of compensation. Such requests must be approved by our shift manager.

We ask all our customers to act with respect, integrity, and common sense when dealing with unique unforeseen circumstances. We will try to make everyone happy, but in some cases our ability to do so is limited. All customers must be prepared to deal with unforeseen weather delays, road closures, and mechanical breakdowns and dress appropriately for the weather in case of an emergency. We ask our customers to have a small contingency pocket money with whomever they choose to travel with and use common sense and best judgment. When a situation arises and requires management or customer service attention, call us right away, and do not wait to contact us. Drivers are on a schedule, and they are not responsible for customers who fail to be or return on the bus before departure.
