If you’re not satisfied with the services we provide or you would like to request a refund, you are welcome to get in touch with us.
Go to the "Contact Us" section of our help page. Here you find 'customer relations' section where you can click on 'send us an email' and write your feedback on our drivers, on-board equipment, WiFi, safety, and others. Please write a thorough description of the issue and we will be happy to assit you.
You can also write to us using our Contact Form given at the bottom in the 'Contact Us' page.
NOTE: In order to forward your feedback to the operations manager of the ride and to examine the incident accurately and in a shorter period, we kindly ask you to send us supporting material (e.g. photos or a video).
Requesting a refund
Refund eligibility depends on the type of fare purchased. Please review the conditions below before submitting a request:
Freedom Fare (Refundable Tickets)
If you purchased a Freedom Fare, you are eligible for a refund. Cancellations can be made without penalty, and the refunded amount will be processed back to your original method of payment in accordance with our standard processing times.
Standard Fare & Busbud Fare (Non-Refundable Tickets)
Tickets purchased under the following fare types are final sale and non-refundable:
These tickets cannot be cancelled for a refund and are not eligible for rebooking.
