Submitting a complaint/feedback
Go to the "Contact Us" section of our help page. Here you find 'customer relations' section where you can click on 'send us an email' and write your feedback on our drivers, on-board equipment, WiFi, safety, and others. Please write a thorough description of the issue and we will be happy to assit you.
You can also write to us using our Contact Form given at the bottom in the 'Contact Us' page.
NOTE: In order to forward your feedback to the operations manager of the ride and to examine the incident accurately and in a shorter period, we kindly ask you to send us supporting material (e.g. photos or a video).
Requesting a refund
You can only request a refund due to delay on departure of your ride, missed bus, alternate transportation, bus cancellation, luggage damage, or missed connection because of bus delay. Write to us using the Contact Form in the 'Contact Us' page under Help. Fill in the fields, please write a thorough description of the issue and we'll be happy to assist you.
